Namaskar Mandali,
San Diego Maharashtra Mandal is an organization offering a common meeting ground for the Marathi speaking community in San Diego and surrounding areas. Currently, the membership stands at over 200 families from the greater San Diego area.

Every year, the SDMM committee tries to arrange a variety of events that bring out the best of our vibrant Maharashtrian culture. Celebrations such as Makar Sankrant, Gudhi Padva, Ganeshotsav, Kojagiri, Diwali among others enable the diaspora to enjoy some of the essence of these festivities right here in San Diego. The programs are organized to be appealing to every member and visitor and the Mandal encourages active participation in all of these events.

Ganeshutsav 2008

SDMM will be celebrating the most awaited program of the year, Ganeshutsav 2008, on September 13 2008. This program includes a 30 minute performance of the traditional art of Bharud. More details can be found here

Bollywood Dhamaka 2008

On behalf of the local Indian community, SDMM would like to thank the Aarohi group artists for presenting a wonderful and highly entertaining program. Announcement regarding DVD's purchased during Gajra program

We have received many enquiries about problem with DVD's purchased during the Gajra program. Please contact Mr Sanjay Punde at sanjay.punde[at]yahoo[dot]com with the following information.
1. Full name and address where he can ship them the replacement
2. Contact number
3. Which DVDs were bought and which ones have problem
4. The amount paid and in which form( Cash or Check)
